Weekly Pulse

Team Level Breakdown Weekly

How do we see a complete weekly per-engineer breakdown across output, cost, quality, and AI adoption in the Weekly Pulse tab?

Team metrics visualization featuring weekly output, cost, and AI-assisted PRs per engineer with sortable columns.

What it shows

The Team Level Breakdown Weekly table shows seven metrics per engineer for the current week: Output per Week, PRs Merged per Week, AI-Assisted PRs % per Week, Active Days per Week, Innovation Rate % per Week, 30D Turnover per Week, and Cost in USD per Week. It is the full-team version of the Individual drill-down, showing all engineers simultaneously in a sortable table that allows immediate comparison and outlier identification across every dimension.

Why it matters

The Team Level Breakdown Weekly is where the weekly engineering story becomes specific. An engineering report that says "productivity was up this week" is less useful than one that shows which engineers drove the improvement, what it cost, and whether the output was high-innovation or KTLO work. The seven-column per-engineer table makes that specificity available at a glance, and the weekly cadence makes it a management tool rather than an audit artifact, it's the data behind Monday's standup, not a quarterly performance review.

The Larridin angle

The Active Days column is a Larridin-specific signal that distinguishes between an engineer who was present but inactive on AI tools and one who was simply absent. Active Days falling below three in a week is a flag worth investigating, whether it reflects PTO, on-call load, or disengagement, before it compounds into a sustained productivity gap that takes longer to diagnose and address.
