OneLogin · AI Spend & ROI
Every AI dollar, mapped to your OneLogin directory.
AI spend hides in six places: API tokens, coding agents, gateways, cloud model calls, seats, and subscriptions. Larridin reconciles all six, joins them to your OneLogin org data, and measures what they buy.
OneLogin knows who your people are. Larridin adds what they spend on AI, and what it returns.
- Cost by role, group, and department
- AI Work, AI Leverage, and Agent FTE per team
- Read-only connector: nothing is written back to OneLogin

THE LARRIDIN THESIS
Spend over output equals ROI, per team, per role, per dollar.
If you can’t link spend to output, you can’t defend the budget in either direction.
CONSOLIDATE
Six sources, one spend model
API tokens, coding agents, gateways, cloud model calls, seat licenses, and subscriptions, reconciled automatically. Every agent traced to an accountable owner.
ATTRIBUTE
Your OneLogin directory is the map
Cost by role, group, and department. The answer arrives in the language your CFO already speaks.
PROVE ROI
Output measured from real work
AI Work, AI Leverage, and Agent FTE, next to function outcomes like shipped output and lead-qual time. Not self-reports.
THE LEDGER
Spend plus org equals impact.
Six spend sources on one side, your OneLogin directory on the other. What comes out is a number the board can act on.
AI Work
38%
of shipped work
AI Leverage
2.4×
output per person
Agent FTE
14.2
agent capacity
Leading Teams
SIX SOURCES, ONE MODEL
Every vendor lands in the same ledger: OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, and cloud-billed usage, attributed through the org structure OneLogin already maintains. See the vendor pages for each: OpenAI, Claude, Copilot.

WHY NOW
This bill just surprised a company that builds finance software.
Rippling went all-in on AI this year, then published what its CFO found. The numbers are one company’s, but the pattern is a preview of the conversation coming to every exec team, including the ones that run OneLogin.
Get your spend view40¢
of every R&D compensation dollar was going to AI tokens at peak, on pace for 90¢ within a year.
60%
of total AI spend came from roughly 10 to 15% of employees. One engineer was burning $50K a month.
37%
July’s token bill vs. April’s, for the same ~600B tokens, once the spend was finally visible and managed.
÷
The missing half: whether any of it produced more shipped work. Spend is the numerator. Larridin owns the denominator.

YOUR OPTIONS
Build it internally, or connect Larridin.
The internal build is always the same: OneLogin exports, billing data, a warehouse, and a dashboard someone maintains forever.

VS RIPPLING AI SPEND CONSOLE
The AI spend console, for orgs that run OneLogin.
Rippling built one for Rippling customers. Larridin is the equivalent that joins your existing OneLogin org data, read-only.
Rippling AI Spend Console details from rippling.com, August 2026.
HOW IT CONNECTS
Live against OneLogin in about a week.
Connect OneLogin
Read-only SCIM sync of users, groups, and profile attributes from OneLogin. Nothing is written back.
Connect the spend
All six source types reconciled into a single spend model, automatically. No proxy to insert, no gateway migration.
The first report lands
AI Work, AI Leverage, and Agent FTE by team and role, next to function outcomes. Board-ready in about 7 days.
FAQ
Questions OneLogin customers ask us.
Does OneLogin track AI spend?
No. OneLogin knows who your people are, not what you pay for AI. Token bills, seat licenses, and agent costs live in provider invoices and cloud consoles. Larridin brings that spend into the org structure OneLogin already maintains.
What OneLogin data does Larridin read?
Users, groups, and profile attributes via read-only SCIM sync. Nothing is ever written back to OneLogin.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. Larridin measures spend and output at the team, role, and cost-center level to answer budget questions. It is not a monitoring tool and does not score individuals for performance management.
Is there a Rippling AI Spend Console equivalent for OneLogin?
Yes. Rippling’s console maps AI spend to employee data for orgs on Rippling, and connects three vendors: Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cursor. Larridin is the equivalent for OneLogin orgs: six spend sources, joined to your OneLogin directory, and measured against output. No platform migration.
Do we have to change our AI gateway?
No. Larridin connects read-only to the sources you already use. There is no proxy to insert and no gateway migration required.
How fast do we get a board-ready number?
About a week. Connect OneLogin and your spend sources, and the first report, spend joined to org and measured against output, lands in roughly 7 days.
