  • Build and optimize paid programs end-to-end: strategy, creative, bidding, and budget accountability
  • Partner naturally with sales — you understand what they need, translate it into marketing action, and close the loop
  • Can hold your own in product conversations with customers and prospects at events and on calls
  • Move quickly from insight to execution with minimal oversight and a strong ownership mentality

 

What You’ll Do

Own Paid Media Strategy and Execution

  • Lead paid strategy across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Meta — from channel mix and bidding to creative testing and budget management
  • Review daily and weekly performance metrics and use those insights to sharpen targeting, messaging, and spend allocation
  • Partner closely with platform reps (LinkedIn, Google) to stay ahead of new formats and beta opportunities
  • Manage ROI across a leads vs. reach strategy to ensure every dollar has a clear purpose
  • Build and test creative — copy and visuals — at speed using AI tools to multiply output without sacrificing quality

 

Build and Scale Content That Drives Pipeline

  • Use AI tools to produce high volumes of content: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, ad copy, nurture emails, and sales enablement materials
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that builds Larridin’s authority in AI Impact through organic channels
  • Write clearly and compellingly for enterprise buyers — without heavy editorial support — across long-form, short-form, and conversion formats
  • Write for SEO and conversion simultaneously, mapping content to buyer journey stages and keywords with real search intent
  • Assist in sales material development: one-pagers, battle cards, email sequences, and talk tracks that move deals

 

Drive the Web and Conversion Engine

  • Manage and continuously optimize the Larridin website for conversion, SEO performance, and buyer experience
  • Maintain consistent messaging across every touchpoint — from homepage through to campaign landing pages
  • Balance front-end content in HubSpot and Vercel to ensure the site is always working for pipeline, not just presence
  • Run A/B tests and iterate quickly based on session data, conversion signals, and sales feedback

 

Run HubSpot as a Revenue Engine

  • Build and maintain nurture sequences that move prospects from awareness to sales-ready across multiple touchpoints
  • Create dashboards and reporting that give sales and leadership full-funnel visibility — from first touch to closed-won
  • Maintain tight CRM hygiene and integrate HubSpot with the broader stack (website, ads, Slack) to eliminate manual handoffs
  • Become proficient in the analytics side of HubSpot to extract real performance insight, not just reporting

 

Align Closely with Sales

  • Partner with the sales team to understand pipeline needs, ICP nuances, and objection patterns — and apply them directly to marketing strategy
  • Share marketing signals and intent data with sales to help prioritize and personalize outreach
  • Run post-campaign reviews to close the loop on what content and campaigns are actually driving pipeline
  • Support in-person sales moments: events, conferences, and speaking engagements

 

Execute Integrated Campaigns

  • Plan and execute campaigns that span paid, email, web, and organic channels for product launches, customer stories, and market moments
  • Develop multichannel content that leverages Larridin’s proprietary data to make the case for AI Impact in enterprise
  • Ensure every campaign is coherent across touchpoints: consistent messaging, strong CTAs, and clear attribution
  • Coordinate with external agencies or contractors as needed for design, video, or overflow capacity

 

Scale Output with AI

  • Apply AI tools across every part of the role — content creation, campaign ideation, bid strategy, performance analysis, and workflow automation
  • Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that improve over time and reduce time-to-ship on recurring tasks
  • Produce high volumes of copy and creative variations efficiently, using AI to test more and wait less
  • Analyze datasets and performance results to surface insights and drive optimization

 

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2–8+ years in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing with a strong track record across paid media, content, and integrated demand generation
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline results — not just activity metrics — through programs you personally owned
  • Experience working directly with sales teams and a clear understanding of the full revenue funnel
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook is being built in real time

 

AI-First Mindset and MarTech Proficiency

  • Daily user of AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity — for analysis, content creation, prompting, and workflow design
  • Hands-on experience with modern MarTech: HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Read.ai, Granola.ai, Trumpet, or similar
  • Ability to use AI to analyze data, generate and test creative at scale, and build automations that compound over time
  • Technical curiosity: comfortable with UTM structures, tracking logic, APIs, and marketing ops fundamentals

 

Paid Media and Growth

  • Hands-on experience managing paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta — including creative, targeting, and budget management
  • Strong grasp of the B2B enterprise buyer journey and how paid channels do and don’t translate into enterprise pipeline over time
  • Analytical mindset: builds dashboards, reads attribution data, and makes spend decisions based on evidence
  • Experience testing new channels and creative formats with a structured test-and-learn approach

 

Content and Writing

  • Strong writer who can produce clear, compelling content for enterprise buyers without heavy editorial support
  • Writes across formats: long-form content, nurture email, landing pages, paid ad copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Understands how to write for SEO and conversion simultaneously — not just one or the other
  • Can translate complex, technical product concepts into clear messaging that resonates with executive and practitioner audiences

 

Integrated Marketing Execution

  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across web, email, paid, and organic channels simultaneously
  • Strong sense of how channels reinforce each other in a B2B funnel — and how to build campaigns that hold together across every touchpoint
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel with clear prioritization and ownership
