Work Context Connector Privacy Policy

1. What the Connector does

Work Context is an optional feature of Larridin’s enterprise platforms. It builds a private picture of your own work, such as the projects and tasks you are working on, what changed and who you work with, from activity in the work apps your organization approves. The Connector lets a personal AI agent you choose, such as Meta Muse, ChatGPT, Claude or Instinct, read that context so it can help you.

2. Who decides

Your employer, as our customer, decides whether Work Context is available in its Larridin workspace and which apps and websites are observed. You decide whether to connect an AI agent. You connect an agent by signing in to Larridin with your work account and approving access (OAuth). We share your Work Context only with an agent you have authorized.

3. Information shared with your agent

When your agent asks, Larridin returns information about your own work only:

• Work threads: titles, type, status, next action, recency and summaries of the projects and tasks you work on.
• Observations: dated statements about your work that are derived from your activity or that you confirmed.
• Evidence of activity: app names, window and page titles, URLs, timestamps and session identifiers, plus on-screen signals such as button and link labels, form field labels and types, notifications, error messages, dialog text and other visible interface labels. On-screen text can include the names of other people and business information that appeared on your screen.
• Collaborators: the names and roles of people you work with, the channels you work with them in (for example email, Slack or meetings) and your shared threads.
• Day summaries: time by app and number of work sessions.

4. Information we do not collect or share

• We do not collect keystrokes, the values you type into fields, screenshots or audio.
• The Connector returns only your own Work Context. It never returns another person’s Work Context, and administrators cannot view an individual’s Work Context.
• We do not ask your agent for your chat history or the agent’s memory.

5. Information your agent sends us

We receive the requests your agent makes on your behalf. If you ask or confirm, your agent can also add a note to your Work Context or send feedback about a thread, and we store that note or feedback. Larridin reviews feedback to improve the accuracy of Work Context.

6. How we use information

• We use it only to provide and secure Work Context for you.
• We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• We do not use it to train or improve artificial intelligence models, whether ours or a third party’s.
• We do not use it for any other purpose.
• We use AI model providers to generate Work Context. These providers act as our service providers under terms that prohibit them from retaining your data or using it to train their models.

7. Your agent provider

Once Larridin returns information to your agent, the agent provider’s own privacy policy and terms govern how it handles that information. Please review them before you connect an agent.

8. Retention and deletion

Your employer sets how long raw activity data is retained (for example, 30 or 90 days). Work Context is kept while your organization uses Work Context and is deleted in line with our agreement with your employer. To request access to or deletion of your Work Context, contact your administrator or legal@larridin.com.

9. Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time by removing the Larridin connector in your agent’s settings. Your administrator can also turn off Work Context or the Connector for your organization. Access also ends if your Larridin account is deactivated or your role is removed, because every request is authorized against your current account.

10. Security

Connections use OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and are encrypted in transit. Every request is authenticated and limited to your own data, and every request is logged for security and audit purposes.

11. Your rights

Larridin processes Work Context on behalf of your employer under our Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact your administrator or legal@larridin.com to exercise them. We will respond within the time required by law, and we may need to verify your identity first.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
