A Letter From Our Founders
The future of work is collaborative – humans and AI working in tandem. That's why we're launching Larridin. Our platform enables organizations to continuously measure and optimize the productivity of this new workforce equation: people and their AI counterparts. Many tech luminaries understand the importance of this vision, which enabled us to raise $17M in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with contributions from Gradient, Bloomberg, Haystack, Homebrew, and others.
Over the last year, we talked with thousands of our former customers and partners. Again and again we heard the same thing from CEOs, CFOs, Heads of HR, as well as other business leaders - the current tools to measure and understand corporate productivity are severely outdated and not helpful in a world of AI.
Every company now has humans working alongside AI and, in some cases, machines/robots.
Our solution is designed to fill the measurement void and help prioritize investment decisions across people, processes, and deployment of AI.

Our Creative Founders
Russ Fradin
For the last 30 years, he has been founding, leading, and investing in innovative companies. He co-founded Dynamic Signal, acquired by Sumeru, and Adify, acquired by Cox Enterprises, and led teams at Carbon Health, comScore, Wine.com, and Flycast. Russ is dedicated to building and scaling impactful companies. Russ lives in the Bay Area with his three children and two dogs.
Jim Larrison
With deep experience in the enterprise, Jim is a seasoned founder and leader dedicated to driving innovation and value. Jim co-founded Dynamic Signal and was part of the founding team of Firstup. Jim has held executive roles at IRI, comScore, and Adify. Known for his deep commitment to solving real-world challenges through technology, Jim lives in Chicago and Scottsdale, depending on the weather.
Ameya Kanitkar
Ameya is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of scaling high-performance engineering teams and building category-defining products. He led engineering for Consumer Trading at Coinbase, shaping one of the company’s most critical product areas, with a focus on robust and secure systems. Ameya held leadership roles at LinkedIn and Groupon, driving innovations in ML/AI systems and large-scale data platforms. Ameya lives in the Bay Area with his family.
