Account Executive – Larridin (San Francisco Bay Area)

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the first Account Executive at Larridin, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Go-To-Market strategy. We’re looking for a “full-stack” sales professional who is energized by the prospect of managing the entire sales cycle – from identifying and prospecting new company opportunities to deeply understanding customer needs, mapping those to Larridin’s capabilities, and ultimately closing deals to deliver great outcomes. As an early-stage company, you’ll be instrumental in refining our sales process, testing hypotheses, and providing critical feedback to our product and marketing teams, helping us build a scalable GTM motion for a transformative new category.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, prospect, and land new logos, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Deeply understand the complex business challenges of prospective customers and effectively articulate Larridin’s value proposition as a solution, ensuring a strong mapping between customer needs and our product capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts, including C-level executives.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal resources (founders, product, GTM leadership) as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide insightful feedback from the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales process refinement.
  • Become an expert in Organizational Fitness, workforce productivity, and the application of AI in the companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, software sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a high degree of initiative and a willingness to operate in an early-stage environment where processes are still being defined.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to organizations, navigating multi-stakeholder deals and lengthy sales cycles.
  • A “hunter” mentality with a strong ability to generate new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and product iterations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex business value.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work on-site to foster strong team collaboration.
  • Experience in AI-driven solutions, HR Tech, or productivity software sales is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and/or experience selling AI-driven technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Sr. Software Engineer – Fullstack/Backend

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack/Backend) to build and scale the core platform that powers Larridin’s Workplace Intelligence platform. You will develop highly scalable, event-driven backend systems and intuitive user experiences that enable managers to make data-driven decisions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for Larridin’s AI-driven analytics platform.
  • Build and optimize data processing pipelines for high-volume workforce analytics.
  • Develop front-end components (if fullstack) using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js).
  • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across the application stack.
  • Work closely with product, AI/ML, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices for cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend/fullstack development.
  • Expertise in Python, Go, or Java for backend development.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience building and scaling RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC.
  • If Fullstack: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, or Next.js for front-end development.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven applications or data-intensive platforms.
  • Curious about AI and want to learn new AI technologies
